Time And Relative Dimensions In Space

The TARDIS is The Doctor's transportation device, stolen from his home planet when he was young (probably about 250 years old). The TARDIS is bigger on the inside- much bigger. This is because, technically, the interior of the TARDIS exists in another dimension. Do not even think for a second that the TARDIS is a machine- it is a living thing. Its heart is a time vortex. It's skin is a chamaeleon circuit: a special mechanism that blends in with its surroundings. The Doctor once traveled to the 1950's (or 60's, we forget), and the circuit broke. It kept its form as a Police Box, a sort of temporary prison. The Doctor could have easily fixed it. Why? "Because I like it!' Said The Doctor.
